7 out of the 13 wrestlers at the tournament placed. Tristin Houser was the lone champion, at the 155 lb weight class. He was 4-0 in the tounament and pinned his opponent late in the 3rd period for the victory in the finals. Other wrestlers placed as
following: Vaun Flotta placed 2nd at 85lbs., Derrin Dietz 3rd at 122 lbs., Darius Booker 4th at 115 lbs., Michael Mahon 4th at 145 lbs., Alex Weksler 5th at 165 lbs., Andrew Kopco 6th at 90 lbs.
This week, DMS hosts Butler at Fox Chapel High School on Wednesday at 5:00 PM. Following that, the DMS team heads to the Kittaning Duals this Saturday.
