The team hopes to rebound from a disappointing Section 3 loss to Mars last week. The bus departs at 5 pm.
The varsity will practice on Tuesday (12/20) and Wednesday (12/21) from 2:45-5 pm.
The weight room and practice room will be OPEN on Thursday (12/22) from 2:30-5 pm for individuals to workout.
There will not be any practice on December 23, 24, and 25. Please enjoy the holiday and remember to run on your own to maintain your weight.
On December 26, the weight room and practice room will be OPEN for any individuals that want to workout from 9-11 am.
The varsity will have practice on December 27 and 28 from 9-11 am each day and
compete in the West Mifflin Tournament on December 29 and 30.
The bus leaves at 7:15 am on Thursday for West Mifflin.
