Workout

Looking for a new workout? - Try this new one we are using in the room.
All you need is a 45 lbs. bar and 15 minutes. Switch back and forth with a partner and you'll feel it soon enough.

-10 chest presses

Set 3

-10 chest presses
-10 shoulder presses

Set 4
-10 curls

-10 shoulder presses
-10 upright rows

Set 5

-10 reverse curls

Set 6
